Introducing Josefina Rios – Early Childhood Educator at Ner Atid Daycare

We are pleased to welcome Josefina Rios to Ner Atid Daycare! Josefina brings a rich background in early childhood education, leadership, and inclusive learning. With over five years of experience working across diverse educational settings—including Montessori schools and large urban centers—Josefina is deeply committed to supporting children’s growth through responsive, child-centered care.

Josefina is a certified Early Childhood Educator with specialized training in Infant & Toddler care as well as Special Needs Education in British Columbia. She has held leadership roles as a Head Teacher, Supervisor, and Assistant Director, and is known for creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments that promote independence, creativity, and curiosity.

At Ner Atid, Josefina brings her passion for nurturing the whole child—socially, emotionally, and intellectually—while working closely with families and team members to provide a warm, supportive, and enriching experience for every child.
