Introducing Revital Polack – Early Childhood Educator at Tamim Academy

We are delighted to welcome Revital Pollack to Tamim Academy’s early childhood team. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and kindergarten leadership, Revital brings a deep passion for child-centered, experiential learning rooted in nature, creativity, and Jewish values.

Revital is a trained kindergarten director and educator from Israel, where she developed and led programs for children ages 10 months to 6.5 years. Her educational approach is grounded in the belief that children are capable, curious learners who thrive when given the freedom to explore, ask questions, and express themselves through play, inquiry, and hands-on experiences.

A specialist in agricultural and environmental education, Revital designed and implemented a full curriculum in meteorology and environmental studies for her kindergarten, including building and maintaining a thriving school garden, vegetable patch, and outdoor classroom space. Her love for nature-based learning aligns beautifully with Tamim Academy’s Reggio-inspired philosophy.

Revital holds a Bachelor of Education in Natural Sciences and has completed a Master’s program in Galilee Studies, along with certifications in forest kindergarten, adapted teaching, and early childhood enrichment. She brings warmth, professionalism, and deep respect for each child’s individual development and journey.
