We are delighted to welcome Rutie Mizrahi to our Tamim Academy & Ner Atid Childcare team.

Rutie brings with her a wealth of experience as an ECE teacher, program manager, and Hebrew/Judaic educator, with more than two decades of dedication to children’s growth and learning. She has led classrooms and childcare programs across Vancouver and beyond, combining deep expertise in education, child development, and Jewish culture.

At Ner Atid, Rutie will be working closely with our staff, children, and families to ensure a warm, nurturing, and enriching environment. She is passionate about fostering curiosity and hands-on discovery.

In addition to her leadership in early childhood, Rutie will introduce a special hands-on biology program for both Ner Atid Childcare and Tamim Academy’s elementary school. Through caring for birds, butterflies, and chicks, children of all ages will learn about growth and development in a way that deepens their appreciation for the natural world, while building responsibility, curiosity, and wonder.

We are excited to see the joy and creativity she will bring to our classrooms and are confident that her presence will make a meaningful impact on our students and community.
